METHOD FOR CONNECTING PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
To provide a method for connecting a precast concrete member capable of increasing the length of a concrete part in the precast concrete member.SOLUTION: In one PCa member 1 to be connected, a hollow connecting member 3 having both axial ends opened therein and having spiral grooves 3b formed by spiral grooves is embedded so that the outer end of the spiral groove is opened; a screw-knotted reinforcing bars 6 screwed to the connecting member 3 is embedded in one PCa member 1; in the end part of the other PCa2 member to be connected, a connecting recess 8 is formed; a screw-knotted reinforcing bars 20 is screwed and connected to the spiral grooves 3b of the connecting member 3 after the one PCa member 1 is located at a predetermined position; then, the other PCa member 2 is installed so that the screw-knotted reinforcing bars 20 for connection is located in the connecting recess 8 of the other PCa member 2; subsequently, the screw-knotted reinforcing bars 20 and the other PCa member 2 are joined and fixed to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャスト製コンクリート部材におけるコンクリート部分の長さを長く形成することができるプレキャスト製コンクリート部材の連結方法を提供する。【解決手段】連結する一方のPCa部材1には、内部に、軸方向の両端が開口し、かつ、螺旋状の溝からなる螺旋溝3bを有する中空状の接続部材3が、その螺旋溝の外端部が開口するように埋設され、接続部材3に螺合されたねじ節鉄筋6が、一方のPCa部材1に埋設され、連結する他方のPCa2の端部には、接続用凹部8が形成され、一方のPCa1を、所定の位置に設置した後に、接続部材3の螺旋溝3bに、接続用のねじ節鉄筋20を螺合して連結させ、その後に、接続用のねじ節鉄筋20が、他方のPCa部材2の接続用凹部8内に位置するように、他方のPCa部材2を設置し、その後に、接続用のねじ節鉄筋20と、他方のPCa部材2を接合固定する。【選択図】 図1
