WALL PANEL STRUCTURE AND PANEL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel structure and a panel member which may improve productivity of the panel member and improve performance accuracy in placement of a plurality of panel members.SOLUTION: A wall panel structure to which the present invention is applied is placed as a wall of a building and comprises a plurality of panel members 2 arranged in a wall width direction X. Each of the panel member 2 comprises a frame having a pair of vertical frames 31 separated from each other and a horizontal frame, a lateral rail 4 bridging over the pair of vertical frames 31 and surface material attached on the frames. The lateral rail 4 comprises a flat plate part 40 to be connected to the vertical frames 31. A screw hole 41 opened on a flat plate part 40 and a cut part 7 formed by cutting the flat plate part 40. A screw member 8 inserted into the screw hole 41 is jointed with the vertical frame 31 and an axis part 81 of the screw member 8 is successively arranged in the cut part 7 formed on the flat plate part 40 of the vertical frame 31 and the lateral rail 4 in panel members 2 adjacent in the wall width direction X under a non-jointed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】パネル部材の製造性を向上させるとともに、複数のパネル部材を設置するときの施工精度を向上させた壁パネル構造及びパネル部材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した壁パネル構造は、建築物の壁体として設置されるものであり、壁幅方向Xに並べられて設けられる複数のパネル部材2を備える。各々のパネル部材2は、互いに離間した一対の縦枠31及び横枠を有する枠体と、一対の縦枠31に架設される横桟4と、枠体に取り付けられる面材とを有する。横桟4は、縦枠31に接続される平板部40を有して、平板部40を開孔させたねじ孔41と平板部40を欠損させた欠損部7とが形成されて、ねじ孔41に挿通されたねじ部材8が縦枠31に接合されるとともに、壁幅方向Xに隣り合ったパネル部材2における縦枠31及び横桟4の平板部40に形成された欠損部7に、ねじ部材8の軸部81が接合されることなく連続して設けられる。【選択図】図5
