PANEL MEMBER WITH SHAFT, WALL PANEL AND BEAM STRUCTURE
To provide load-bearing panel members that can be used for extensions and renovations, reinforcement of existing buildings, and manufacturing of wall panels in addition to the construction of wooden framework buildings to promote the utilization of wooden framework buildings having many advantages even under the condition that the number of skilled workers is decreasing.SOLUTION: There is provided a panel member 11 comprising a core plate portion 12 made of a rectangular plate material 21 and an edging portion 13 made of square members 31 fixed to edges of four sides on both front and back surfaces of the core plate portion 12 and sandwiching the core plate portion 12, and attached so as to be surrounded by a shaft member such as a pillar member of a wooden framework building. An end face 12a of an outer periphery of the core plate portion 12 is made flush with an outer peripheral surface 13a of the edging portion 13, four corners are formed at high-precision right angles, and an outer surface 11a of the load-bearing panel member 11 is flattened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造軸組建築物の構築のほか、増改築やリフォーム、既存建築物の補強、壁パネルの製造などに使用可能な耐力付与パネル部材を提供して、熟練工が減少する状況下でも数々の利点を有する木造軸組建築の利活用を促進できるようにする。【解決手段】長方形をなす板材21からなる芯板部12と、芯板部12の表裏両面における4辺の縁部に固定されて芯板部12を挟む角材31からなる縁取り部13で構成され、木造軸組建築物の柱材等の軸材に取り囲まれるように取り付けられるパネル部材11。芯板部12の外周の端面12aを縁取り部13の外周面13aと面一にして、4個の角部を精度の高い直角にするとともに、耐力付与パネル部材11の外側面11aを平らにする。【選択図】図1
