STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR REINFORCING STEEL FLOOR SLAB OF BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with conventional technologies and provide a structure and a method for reinforcing a steel floor slab of a bridge capable of suppressing for certain a fatigue crack that develops from a welded part between a steel deck plate and a vertical rib, without restricting traffic on the bridge in service and without using another reinforcement work.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure of the present invention for a steel floor slab of a bridge has a plate-form inner reinforcement material laid out inside a closed region formed by a steel deck plate and a vertical rib, the inner reinforcement material connecting the steel deck plate with the vertical rib. A steel deck plate splice face of the inner reinforcement material is spliced on an undersurface of the steel deck plate, to be adhered and fixed thereon, and a vertical rib splice face of the inner reinforcement material is spliced on an inner surface of a web of the vertical rib, to be adhered and fixed thereon. The inner reinforcement material elastically supports the steel deck plate and the vertical rib, so as to suppress deformation of a deformation-suppressed region and not to restrict deformation of the steel deck plate and the vertical rib.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち、供用中の橋梁の通行規制を必要とすることなく、しかも他の補強工を併用することがなく、鋼製デッキプレートと縦リブの溶接部から進展する疲労亀裂を確実に抑制し得る、橋梁鋼床版の補強構造、及び橋梁鋼床版の補強方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】本願発明の橋梁鋼床版の補強構造は、鋼製デッキプレートと縦リブで形成される「閉鎖領域」の内側に、鋼製デッキプレートと縦リブを連結する板状の内側補強材が配置された構造である。この内側補強材のうち鋼製デッキプレート添接面が鋼製デッキプレートの下面に添接されて接着固定され、さらにその縦リブ添接面が縦リブのウェブの内側面に添接されて接着固定される。なお、変形抑制領域の変形を抑え、鋼製デッキプレートと縦リブの変形を制限しないよう、内側補強材は鋼製デッキプレートと縦リブを弾性支持する。【選択図】図3
