PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving type work machine which prevents overturn during work.SOLUTION: A revolving type work machine includes: a truck frame 4; a revolving super structure 1; a driving part 43 which drives the revolving super structure 1 so that the revolving super structure 1 revolves; a revolving driving control unit 72 which controls the driving part 43; and multiple jack-up devices 5. The multiple jack-up devices 5 are configured to change its position between a first position where the revolving super structure 1 does not overturn even when revolving and a second position. The revolving type work machine further includes a detection part which detects a situation that the multiple jack-up devices 5 are positioned in the first position. The revolving driving control unit 72 controls the driving part 43 so that the revolving super structure 1 can be driven to revolve only when the multiple jack-up devices 5 are in the first position in a state where the truck frame 4 is jacked up by the multiple jack-up devices 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
