PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular opening/closing driving device which can reduce a total amount of writing into a nonvolatile memory.SOLUTION: A vehicular opening/closing driving device 3 includes a motor M for driving window glass 2 to be opened and closed, a Hall IC 6 which can detect position information of the window glass 2, a nonvolatile memory 12, and a microcomputer 4 for executing load information storage processing for writing speed data (load information) with respect to a position of the window glass 2 into the nonvolatile memory 12 when the accumulated number of times of operation of the motor M reaches the number of times set in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
