PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular opening/closing body driving device, capable of allowing smooth operation by supplying grease to a sliding part of a drum housing and a drive drum, and suppressing a manufacturing cost, a manufacturing time, and manufacturing steps.SOLUTION: A vehicular opening/closing body driving device includes a drive drum on which a drive wire for driving a vehicular opening/closing body is wound, and a drum housing 60 which houses and supports the drive drum for rotation. It includes a slide part 65 positioned between a bottom surface 61A of the drum housing and an opposed surface of the drive drum that faces the bottom surface, and the drum housing has a grease supply hole 68 for supplying grease to the slide part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
