HYDRAULIC DRIVE DEVICE OF HYDRAULIC MOTOR AND CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burning of a piston of a hydraulic motor even when rotation number of the hydraulic motor is high and motor load is low.SOLUTION: A hydraulic drive device 1 of a hydraulic motor includes: a hydraulic motor 2 rotated and driven in both directions by supply of pressure oil; and a brake valve 3 which has check valves 30A, 30B for forming a channel of the pressure oil inflow side of the hydraulic motor 2 and chambers 41A, 41B for changing the channel and contains a counterbalance 31 valve for forming an oil path of the pressure oil outflow side of the hydraulic motor 2. A communication valve 35 which communicates the chambers 41A, 41B for displacing the counterbalance valve 31 and displaces the counterbalance valve 31 to a neutral position direction when a flow rate of the pressure oil passing through the check valves 30A, 30B is larger than a preset flow rate threshold and a load applied to the hydraulic motor 2 is smaller than a preset load is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】油圧モータの回転数が高くモータ負荷が低い場合でも油圧モータのピストンの焼き付きを防止する。【解決手段】圧油の供給により双方向に回転駆動される油圧モータ2と、油圧モータ2の圧油流入側の流路を形成するチェック弁30A,30B、流路を切り換えるためのチャンバ41A,41Bを有し、油圧モータ2の圧油流出側の油路を形成するカウンタバランス31弁を含むブレーキバルブ3と、を有する油圧モータの油圧駆動装置1において、チェック弁30A,30Bを通過する圧油の流量が予め設定した流量閾値より大きく、油圧モータ2に加わる負荷が予め設定した負荷よりも小さいとき、カウンタバランス弁31を変位させるチャンバ41A,41Bを連通させ、カウンタバランス弁31を中立位置方向に変位させる連通弁35を備えた。【選択図】図1
