본 발명은 액압 장치, 액압 모터 및 건설 기계에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 액압 장치는 제1 블록, 제2 블록, 요동 회전체, 회전 규제축, 제1 마찰판, 제2 마찰판 및 압박 기구를 구비한다. 제1 블록은 복수의 내치를 갖는다. 제2 블록은 제1 블록에 대하여 상대적으로 회전 가능하다. 요동 회전체는 내치보다 톱니 수가 적은 복수의 외치를 갖고, 제1 블록의 내측에 요동 회전 가능하게 배치되고, 내치와 외치 사이에 작동실을 형성하고, 내주부를 갖는다. 회전 규제축은 요동 회전체의 상기 내주부로부터 직경 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 연장되고, 요동 회전체의 요동 회전을 허용하면서 요동 회전체와 제2 블록을 상대 회전 불능으로 연결한다. 제1 마찰판은 요동 회전체와 연동해서 회전한다. 제2 마찰판은 제2 블록 또는 제1 블록에 회전을 규제받는다. 압박 기구는 제1 마찰판과 제2 마찰판을 압박한다.

The oscillatory rotating body (30) has a plurality of external teeth (30a) smaller in number than the internal teeth (22), is provided inside the first block (18) such that the oscillatory rotating body (30) is oscillatorily rotatable, and has an inner circumferential portion. The internal teeth (22) and the external teeth (30a) define a working chamber (35a, 35b) therebetween. The rotation restricting shaft (32) extends from the inner circumferential portion of the oscillatory rotating body (30) in a direction intersecting a radial direction. The rotation restricting shaft (32) couples the oscillatory rotating body (30) and the second block (16) such that the oscillatory rotating body (30) and the second block (16) are not allowed to rotate relative to each other while allowing the oscillatory rotating body (30) to oscillatorily rotate. The first friction plate (56, 356, 456, 71) is configured to rotate together with the oscillatory rotating body (30). The second friction plate (55, 355, 455, 70) is restricted from rotating by the second or first block (18, 16). The press mechanism is configured to press the first and second friction plates (56, 356, 456, 71, 55, 355, 455, 70) against each other.
