AIRTIGHT HOLDING MEMBER AND AIRTIGHT HOLDING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtightness holding member that can stably hold airtightness below a floor having a base provided on a foundation with a vibration damping device interposed, and an airtight holding method that uses the airtight holding member.SOLUTION: An airtightness holding member 1 comprises: an L-sectioned long-sized substrate 10 which has a first plate part 11 fixed airtightly to an inner surface 106a of a base 106 and a second plate part 12 provided crossing the first plate part 11; and an airtight gasket 15 which is provided projecting from a surface of the second plate part 12 on the opposite side from the side where the first plate part 11 is positioned to extend along a length, and also pressed against a top surface 102b of a foundation 102. Further, an airtight holding method comprises using the airtightness holding member 1 to hold airtightness below a floor having the base 106 provided on a foundation 102 with a vibration damping device 104 interposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】基礎の上に制振装置を介して土台が設けられた床下の気密性を安定して保持できる気密保持部材、及び該気密保持部材を用いた気密保持工法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】土台106の内側面106aに気密に固定される第1板部11、及び第1板部11と交差するように設けられた第2板部12を有する断面L字状の長尺の基板10と、第2板部12における第1板部11が位置する側と反対側の面から突出し、長手方向に延在するように設けられ、基礎102の上面102bに押し付けられる気密パッキン15と、を備える気密保持部材1。また、気密保持部材1を用いて、基礎102の上に制振装置104を介して土台106が設けられた床下の気密性を保持する気密保持工法。【選択図】図5
