INSTALLATION STAND OF SOLAR BATTERY PANEL, FIXTURE USED THEREFOR AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of directly easily fixing a fixture to a desired position of a rod material without using a bolt.SOLUTION: The present invention is composed of a rod material 2 arranged in parallel in a plurality on a roof and a fixture 4 for erecting a butting stop plate 3 for contacting-supporting a frame end surface of a solar battery panel of oppositely standing in a proper place on a solar battery panel placing surface 2a of the rod material 2, and the rod material 2 is formed by inwardly arranging a pair of left-right recessed grooves 5 via a clearance 6 so that an outside surface of one sidewall 5a becomes the placing surface 2a, and the fixture 4 is arranged in parallel to the butting stop pate 3 on the lower end of a shaft part 8 suspended in the lower end center of the butting stop plate 3, and a breadth is set shorter than an interval between inward walls 5c of the left-right recessed grooves 5 and longer than a width of the clearance 6 and shorter than the width in a longitudinal width, and the left-right end parts are formed by vertically providing a base part 9 capable of pressing in the recessed groove 5 in an elastic compressive state, and the base part 9 is inserted into the clearance 6 from above the rod material 2, and is interposed-arranged so that the left-right end parts of the base part 9 vertically elastically press in the recessed groove 5 by making orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the rod material 2 by rotary operation of the butting stop plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】固定金具を杆材の所望位置に直接にボルトを使用することなく簡単に固定できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】屋根上に複数平行配置する杆材2と、杆材2の太陽電池パネル載置面2a上の適所に起立対向する太陽電池パネルのフレーム端面を当接支持する当止め板3を直立させた固定金具4とから成り、杆材2は一方の側壁5a外側面が載置面2aと成る左右一対の凹溝5を間隙6を介して内向配置して成り、固定金具4は当止め板3の下端中央に垂設した軸部8下端に当止め板3と平行に配置され、横幅が左右の凹溝5の内向壁5c間の間隔よりも短くて間隙6の幅よりも長く、前後幅が幅より短く設定され、左右端部が上下に弾性圧縮状態で凹溝5内に圧入可能な基底部9を設けて成り、基底部9を杆材2上方から間隙6内へ挿入し、当止め板3の転回操作で杆材2の長手軸線に直交させ、基底部9の左右端部が凹溝5内で上下を弾圧する様に介装配置した。【選択図】図2
