ARTIFICIAL WALL EARTH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial wall earth capable of replacing a building by a traditional construction method being old in the construction life or an earth wall of the building by a conventional construction method in a post-installation system, in the artificial wall earth constituted of an eco-friendly raw material, having compressive strength larger than natural wall earth after being kneaded-hardened by water and having humidity conditioning performance and heat insulation performance equal to the natural wall earth.SOLUTION: Artificial wall earth of the present invention is constituted of marketing mortar (being mortar of a general composition, using a hydrated lime as a basic material and adding a natural polymer of a horn or a sodium alginate system and vegetable fiber called fiber being a cellulose system thickener or a thickener derived from seaweed as an organic material by a predetermined quantity), a sodium silicate and PVA, and is used by curing in the normal temperature atmosphere, after coating clay-like high viscosity slurry provided by kneading these by water in its use time, on a backing such as a lathing backing, a bamboo net backing, a gypsum lath board backing, a gypsum flat board backing, a gypsum board direct sticking backing and a wooden lath backing by a conventional method by a trowel.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】環境に優しい素材から構成され、水で混錬硬化した後には天然の壁土よりも大きな圧縮強度を有し、かつ天然の壁土に匹敵する調湿性や断熱性を有する人工壁土であり、築年数の古い伝統構法による建築物又は従来工法による建築物の土壁を、後付方式で置き換え可能な人工壁土を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の人工壁土は、市販の漆喰(一般的な組成の漆喰であり消石灰を基本材料とし、それに有機材としてのセルロース系増粘剤又は海藻由来の増粘剤である角又やアルギン酸ナトリウム系の天然ポリマーとスサと呼ばれる植物繊維が所定の量添加されたもの)、ケイ酸ソーダ、PVAから構成され、その使用時においてこれらを水で混錬して得られた粘土状の高粘度スラリーを、木舞下地、バンブーネット下地、石膏ラスボード下地、石膏平ボード下地、石膏ボード直張り下地、木ずり下地等の下地に、鏝により従来方法で塗布した後、常温大気中で養生して使用される。【選択図】なし
