Provided is an earth wall system, which may improve workability and usability. The earth wall system for forming an earth wall with a retaining wall structure by vertically stacking, arranging, and fixing a plurality of earth plates comprises: a basic pile establishment step (S100) of establishing and installing an H-steel-type basic pile on the ground; an earth wall assembly step (S200) of forming an earth wall by vertically fixing and assembling the plurality of earth plates having lengths, and then forming an earth wall; and an earth wall coupling step (S300) of binding and fixing the earth wall assembled through the earth wall assembly step (S200) to the basic pile installed through the basic pile establishment step (S100). The earth plate has a lower part formed with an insertion recessed portion recessed inward while having a length in a longitudinal direction, and has an upper surface formed with an insertion protrusion portion into which the insertion recessed portion formed at the lower part of another earth plate stacked on an upper part is fitted, inserted, and fastened. The earth plate has a plate-shaped front plate, a rear plate forming the insertion recessed portion and the insertion protrusion portion, respectively, and coupled to a rear surface of the front plate, and a coupling element fixing the front plate and the rear plate and penetrating the insertion recessed portion and the insertion protrusion portion, respectively, for coupling and fixing.
본 발명은, 다수의 토류판들이 수직상으로 적층배열고정되어 옹벽구조의 토류벽을 형성하도록;지반에 H형강 타입의 상기 기초말뚝을 입설하여 설치하는 기초말뚝입설단계(S100)와; 길이를 가지는 다수의 토류판들을 수직상으로 고정 조립하여 토류벽체를 형성하는 토류벽체조립단계(S200)과; 상기 기초말뚝입설단계(S100)를 통해 설치된 상기 기초말뚝에 상기 토류벽체조립단계(S200)를 통해 조립된 상기 토류벽체를 결속시켜 고정하는 토류벽결합단계(S300);을 포함하는 토류벽시스템에 있어서;상기 토류판은, 하부에 길이방향으로 길이를 가지면서 내측으로 파여져 형성되는 끼움요부가 형성되며, 상면에는 상부에 적층되는 타 토류판의 하부에 형성된 끼움요부가 맞춤되면서 끼움결속되는 끼움돌부가 형성되되,'판(板;PLATE)' 형상의 전면판과, 상기 끼움요부와 상기 끼움돌부를 각각 형성하면서 상기 전면판의 후면에 결합되는 후면판과, 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판을 고정하면서 상기 끼움요부와 상기 끼움돌부를 각각 관통하면서 결합고정하도록 된 결합요소를 포함하는 토류벽시스템을 제공한다.
