PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card reader that distinguishes unlocking of an electric lock by a human-operated operation from simultaneous unlocking of electric locks associated with fire breakout and displays it and that enables quick and proper coping.SOLUTION: A card reader 10 is installed outside a doorway where a door to be locked by an electric lock is provided, and is connected to a control board of an entrance/exit management system via a transmission path. When reading user identification information recorded in a non-contact IC card carried by a user and obtaining coincidence of collation with registered user identification information, the card reader unlocks the electric lock via the control board. When simultaneous unlocking of electric locks is performed by a fire alarm transfer signal from a fire alarm system, indicating lights 24 for warning and issuing alarms provided on both side surfaces of the card reader 10 blink red and orange lights alternately. Thus, a flame imaging display is performed, and unlocking of electric locks due to fire breakout is distinguished and displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】人為的な操作による電気錠の解錠と火災発生に伴う電気錠の一斉解錠を識別表示して迅速且つ適切な対応を可能とするカードリーダーを提供する。【解決手段】カードリーダー１０は、電気錠により施錠される扉を設けた出入口の外側に設置されると共に入退出管理システムの制御盤に伝送路を介して接続され、利用者が携帯する非接触ＩＣカードに記録された利用者識別情報を読取って登録済みの利用者識別情報との照合一致が得られた場合に、制御盤を介して電気錠を解錠させる。カードリーダー１０の両側面に設けられた警戒・発報表示灯２４は、火災報知システムからの火災移報信号により電気錠の一斉解錠が行われると、赤と橙を交互に点滅させることで、炎をイメージさせる表示を行い、火災発生による電気錠の解錠を識別表示させる構成とした。【選択図】図１
