PRODUCTION METHOD OF DECORATIVE BUILDING BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a decorative building board of high design where the uniform wetting spread of an ink is recognized when inkjet printing is performed by using an active ray-curable ink on the building board having proper irregularity.MEANS: In a production method of a decorative building board, a problem is solved by that the surface treatment of the building board is performed with flame generated by the combustion of a combustible gas jetted from the flame port of a burner having a length of 1-8 mm at a flow rate of 30-200 L/min per 1 cmof the flame port of the burner and then inkjet printing is performed with an active ray-curable ink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【解決課題】一定の凹凸を有する建築板に活性光線硬化型インキを用いてインクジェット印刷を行う場合に、該インキの均一な濡れ広がりが認められる、意匠性の高い化粧建築板の製造方法を提供する。【手段】上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、当該建築板を、長さが１〜８ｍｍであるバーナーの炎口から、バーナーの炎口１ｃｍ２当たり３０〜２００Ｌ／分の流速で噴射される燃焼性ガスが燃焼して生じる火炎で表面処理した後、活性光線硬化型インキでインクジェット印刷することを含む、化粧建築板の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図３
