SEISMIC ISOLATED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period for integrating an earlier-constructed building with a later-constructed building after constructing the later-constructed building, which is seismically supported later, in addition to the earlier-constructed building, which is constructed earlier and seismically supported.SOLUTION: When a later-constructed building 200 is constructed, a beam 214A of the later-constructed building 200, which is connected to a column 112A of an earlier-constructed building 100, is supported by a temporary column 300. A steel protrusion beam 216 is preliminarily connected to the column 112A of the earlier-constructed building 100 to which the beam 214A of the later-constructed building 200. The beam 214 of the later-constructed building 200 and a protrusion beam 216 of the earlier-constructed building 100 are connected after constructing the later-constructed building 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】先に構築され免震支持された先構築建物に、後から免震支持された後構築建物を構築した後における先構築建物と後構築建物とを一体化する施工期間を短くする。【解決手段】後構築建物200を構築する際に、後構築建物200における先構築建物100の柱112Aに接続する梁214Aを仮設柱300で支持しながら構築する。先構築建物100における後構築建物200の梁214Aが接続される柱112Aに予め鉄骨製の突出梁216を接続する。後構築建物200を構築後に、後構築建物200の梁214と先構築建物100の突出梁216とを接続する。【選択図】図2
