PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building construction method that shortens a construction period in a first-story floor pre-construction method utilizing a permanent steel column.SOLUTION: A base-isolated building construction method using a first-story floor pre-construction method includes the steps of: forming a steel beam 7 in an upper part of a base-isolated layer; constructing a footing beam or a pressure-resisting board in a lower part of the base-isolated layer; transferring a load, which is applied to a permanent steel column 1, to a temporary column 8; and installing a base-isolating device by cutting a part of the permanent steel column 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
