STEEL PIPE CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable steel pipe connection structure without making a rotation suppression key fall off, for preventing relative rotation around the axis of a vertically arranged steel pipe for constituting a steel pipe pile, in building-up construction time of the steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A steel pipe connection structure comprises through-holes 25 and 52 formed so as to communicate along the radial direction of a steel pipe pile 1 with respective key arrangement part 40 and rotation suppression key 50, a bolt 15 having a head part non-insertable into the through-holes 25 and 52 and a shaft part insertable into the through-holes and nuts 60 and 61 provided in a tip part of a shaft part passed through the trough-holes 25 and 52 in a state of being non-insertable into the through-holes 25 and 52, and the nut 60 comprises a convex taper part 62 forming an eccentric tapering-off shape to the axis of the bolt 15 in the axial direction of the bolt 15, and the nut 61 comprises an inward-thinning concave taper part 63 opposed to the convex taper part 62 and concentric with the axis of the bolt 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鋼管杭の建て込み施工時に、前記鋼管杭を構成する上下に配置された鋼管の軸心周りの相対回転を防止するための回転抑止キーが脱落することのない信頼性の高い鋼管連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】キー配設部40及び回転抑止キー50のそれぞれに鋼管杭1の径方向に沿って連通するように形成された貫通孔25,52と、貫通孔25,52に挿通不可能な頭部と貫通孔に挿通可能な軸部を有するボルト15と、貫通孔25,52を通り抜けた軸部の先端部に、貫通孔25,52に挿通不可能な状態で備えられるナット60,61を備え、ナット60は、ボルト15の軸心方向に、ボルト15の軸心に対して偏心した先細り形状をなす凸状テーパ部62を備え、ナット61は、凸状テーパ部62に対向し、かつ、ボルト15の軸心に同心の奥細り凹状テーパ部63を備える。【選択図】図3
