STEEL PIPE CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a steel pipe connection structure capable of preventing a rotation suppression key from falling from a steel pipe caused by loosening of a bolt for fixing the rotation suppression key to the steep pipe to fall or to be broken during construction of a steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A key disposing part 19 is provided with a first key groove 24 along a pipe peripheral direction in each of a pair of inner peripheral surfaces opposed to each other in the pipe peripheral direction, a rotation suppression key 20 is provided with a second key groove 25 along the pipe peripheral direction at a position corresponding to the first key groove 24 in each of a pair of outer peripheral surfaces opposed to each other in the pipe peripheral direction, and a falling prevention key 26 for preventing falling of the rotation suppression key 20 from the key disposing part 19 is configured so as to be insertable over the first and second key grooves 24 and 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鋼管杭の建て込み施工時に、回転抑止キーを鋼管に固定するボルトが緩んで脱落したり破断したりしても、該回転抑止キーが鋼管から脱落することない鋼管連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】キー配設部19は、管周方向において対向する一対の内周面のそれぞれに、管周方向に沿って第一キー溝24が備えられ、回転抑止キー20は、管周方向において対向する一対の外周面のそれぞれにおける、第一キー溝24に対応する位置に管周方向に沿って第二キー溝25が備えられ、第一キー溝24と第二キー溝25とに跨って、回転抑止キー20がキー配設部19から脱落することを防止する脱落防止キー26が差し込み可能に構成されている。【選択図】図3
