MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WOODY DECORATIVE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a woody decorative material capable of easily giving an end face of a woody decorative material printing patterns such as irregular printing patterns and different kinds of printing patterns to have a surface with high design property.SOLUTION: While a strip coating material 3 is being transported in a longitudinal direction of the strip coating material 3 with the surface 31 of the strip coating material 3 turned upward, the surface 31 of the strip coating material 3 is given printing patterns by inkjet printing to form a printed face 33. While the strip coating material 3 is continuously being transported in the longitudinal direction, the strip coating material 3 is twisted along the longitudinal direction so that the upward turned printed face 33 may turn in a horizontal direction, and the strip coating material 3 twisted so that the printed face 33 may turn outside of a woody plate material 2 is bonded to the end face 25 of the woody plate material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木質系化粧材の端面に、不規則な印刷模様、異なる種類の印刷模様等の印刷模様を簡単に付与することができ、意匠性の高い表面を有した木質系化粧材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】帯状の被覆材３の表面３１を上方に向けた状態で、被覆材３を被覆材３の長手方向に搬送しながら、被覆材３の表面３１にインクジェット印刷で印刷模様を付与することにより印刷面３３を形成する。被覆材３を連続して長手方向に沿って搬送しながら、上方に向けた印刷面３３が水平方向に向くように長手方向に沿って前記被覆材３をひねり、印刷面３３が木質系板材２の外側に向くようにひねられた被覆材３を木質系板材２の端面２５に貼着する。【選択図】図２
