To provide a woody decorative material in which discoloration of the surface of the decorative material is suppressed for a long period of time without damaging the natural texture of the wood surface, as well as that has a high designability.SOLUTION: A woody decorative material 1 includes a decorative material 60 having a penetration preventing part 70 for preventing penetration of paint from the surface, a discoloration-preventing coating film layer 40, and a surface protective coating film layer 50. The discoloration-preventing coating film layer 40 contains a discoloration-preventing resin that has a functional group having an ultraviolet absorbing function and a functional group having a radical capturing function, and a cross-linking agent for cross-linking the discoloration-preventing resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
