FINE AGGREGATE COOLING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and evenly spray cooling air to a fine aggregate to be conveyed, and efficiently cool the entire fine aggregate to a fixed temperature by leveling the fed fine aggregate on a conveyance path with a uniform thickness.SOLUTION: A fine aggregate cooling device 1 cools a fine aggregate by introducing cooling air into a body part 5 in which a conveyance path 4 for conveying the fine aggregate fed from an inlet 2 to an outlet 3 by using vibration is provided. The main part 5 is provided with: a feed box 8 that is arranged between the inlet 2 and the conveyance path 4 and that is for supplying the fine aggregate fed from the inlet 2 to the conveyance path 4 in the state of being widened in the width direction of the conveyance path 4; and a leveling unit 9 that levels the fine aggregate transferred from the feed box 8 to the conveyance path 4 in the width direction of the conveyance path 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】投入された細骨材を搬送路上に均等な厚みで均すことで、搬送する細骨材に対して冷却風をムラなく均一に吹き付けることができ、細骨材全体を効率良く一定温度に冷却できるようにする。【解決手段】投入口2ら投入された細骨材を排出口3へと振動を利用して搬送する搬送路4が設けられた本体部5内に冷却風を導入して細骨材を冷却する細骨材冷却装置1であって、本体部5は、投入口2と搬送路4との間に配置され、投入口2から投入された細骨材を搬送路4の幅方向に広げた状態で搬送路4へ供給するためのフィードボックス8と、フィードボックス8から搬送路4に移送された細骨材を搬送路4の幅方向に均す均し部9と、を備えるようにした。【選択図】図1
