HANGING BOLT SUPPORT METAL FITTING AND ATTACHMENT METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging bolt support metal fitting and attachment method thereof capable of improving the work efficiency when attaching a hanging bolt to an upper space of a slit formed in a deck plate.SOLUTION: A hanging bolt support metal fitting 1 is a metal fitting which may be attached to a steel deck plate. The hanging bolt support metal fitting 1 has: a slit of a specific width formed in a lower face; a pair of walls in which the distance therebetween gradually increases upward from both ends of the slit; and a top plate part connecting the upper ends of the pair of walls at a predetermined height from the slit. The hanging bolt support metal fitting 1 is formed in a trapezoid shape in front view, in which an upper bottom is longer than a lower bottom. The metal fitting body 2 with the lower bottom longer than the width of the slit has a screw hole 3 which is formed from a lower face 2b as the lower bottom to an upper face 2a as the upper bottom therethrough. A pair of side faces 2e and 2f, which are formed at both ends of the upper bottom and the lower bottom, is shorter than the width of the slit, is formed with a taper. A magnet 4 is disposed on the pair of side faces 2e and 2f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デッキプレートに設けられるスリットの上部空間に吊りボルトを取り付ける際の作業効率を向上させる。【解決手段】吊りボルト支持金具１は、下面に所定幅のスリットが形成され、該スリットの両端から上部に向かって互いの間隔を漸次拡大する一対の壁部と、前記スリットから所定高さの位置で前記一対の壁部の上端部を互いに連結する天板部とを有するスチール製のデッキプレートに取り付け可能な金具である。吊りボルト支持金具１は、正面視台形状に形成され、上底が下底よりも長く、且つ、下底がスリットの幅よりも長い金具本体２の下底に相当する下面２ｂから上底に相当する上面２ａに貫通する螺子孔３が形成され、上底及び前記下底の両端に設けられる一対の側面２ｅ，２ｆがスリットの幅よりも短く、且つ、テーパー状に形成され、それら一対の側面２ｅ，２ｆに磁石４を設けた構成である。【選択図】図１
