BOLT SUPPORT METAL FITTING
To allow a work to install a bolt member in a suspension state from a trough of a deck plate or a position near the trough to be performed more easily and effectively than before.SOLUTION: A bolt support metal fitting 1 is mounted to a deck plate 100 constituting a crest 101 and a trough 102 arranged continuously in a horizontal direction and supports a bolt member 130 in a suspension state from the trough 102 of the deck plate 100 or a position near the trough 102. The bolt support metal fitting 1 comprises: a bolt holding part 2 arranged so as to be bonded to a lower surface of the trough 102 along the horizontal direction and holding the bolt member 130 in the suspension state; and a pair of stationary parts 3a, 3b provided at both sides in the horizontal direction of the bolt holding part 2 across the trough 102 and fixing the bolt member 130 to the deck plate 100. Each of the pair of stationary parts 3a, 3b is fixed to either the crest 101 of the deck plate 100 or a ramp 104 connecting the trough 102 and the crest 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デッキプレートの谷部又は谷部近傍位置からボルト部材を垂下させた状態に設置する作業を従来よりも簡単かつ効率的に行えるようにする。【解決手段】ボルト支持金具１は、水平方向に山部１０１と谷部１０２が連続するデッキプレート１００に取り付けられ、デッキプレート１００の谷部１０２又は谷部１０２の近傍位置からボルト部材１３０を垂下させた状態に支持する。ボルト支持金具１は、水平方向に沿って谷部１０２の下面に接合するように配置され、ボルト部材１３０を垂下させた状態に保持するボルト保持部２と、谷部１０２を挟んでボルト保持部２の水平方向の両側に設けられ、ボルト部材１３０をデッキプレート１００に固定する一対の固定部３ａ，３ｂと、を備える。一対の固定部３ａ，３ｂのそれぞれは、デッキプレート１００の山部１０１、及び、谷部１０２と山部１０１とを繋ぐ傾斜部１０４のいずれか一方に固定される。【選択図】図１
