CONNECTION MEMBER FOR WELDING, CONNECTION MEMBER FOR TRANSPORT, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF UNIT BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection member for welding, a connection member for transport, and a construction method of a unit building that facilitate manufacture of the building unit having a beam member and a column member connected rigidly by welding, and enabling a temporary beam to be removed readily after transport.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a unit building, a unit 1 with a temporary beam is manufactured by replacing a part of the unit with a temporary beam 2, the unit having a frame formed by beams 12, 13 and a column 11. The construction method includes the following steps for: fitting a column-side part 32 of a connection member 3 for welding on a side surface 11a of the column with a bolt; performing welding after housing a temporary beam-side part 31 fitted on the temporary beam with a bolt in a hollow part of the column-side part; removing the connection member for welding; interposing and fixing a connection member 4 for transport between the temporary beam and the column; and removing the temporary beam along with the connection member for transport after transporting the unit with a temporary beam and installing the same at a prescribed location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】梁材と柱材とを溶接によって剛接合させる建物ユニットの製造が容易なうえに、輸送後に簡単に仮梁を撤去することが可能な溶接用接続部材、輸送用接続部材及びユニット建物の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】梁12,13と柱11とによって骨組みが形成された仮梁付きユニット1の一部を仮梁2にして製造し、輸送後に仮梁を取り外して行われるユニット建物の構築方法である。そして、柱の側面11aに溶接用接続部材3の柱側部32をボルトによって取り付ける工程と、仮梁にボルトによって取り付けられた仮梁側部31を、柱側部の内空に収容させて溶接を行う工程と、溶接用接続部材を取り外す工程と、仮梁と柱との間に輸送用接続部材4を介在させて固定する工程と、仮梁付きユニットを輸送して所定の場所に設置後に、仮梁を輸送用接続部材と共に取り外す工程とを備えている。【選択図】図1
