REINFORCEMENT FIXING METAL FITTING OF SLOPE FRAME MOLD, AND SLOPE FRAME MOLD PROVIDED WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement fixing metal fitting for a slope frame mold and a slope frame mold provided with the same that offer both excellent fitting and firm holding performance for a reinforcement.SOLUTION: A reinforcement fixing metal fitting for a slope frame mold is for fixing a reinforcement 6 to a spacer, the spacer having a vertical rod 5 and a horizontal rod 4 intersecting in a cruciform and the reinforcement intersecting with both vertical rod and horizontal rod. The reinforcement fixing metal fitting includes an annular insertion part 8 for inserting the vertical rod, a grip part 9 for gripping the horizontal rod, and a holder part 10 for holding the reinforcement, the annular insertion part, the grip part, and the holder part being provided continuously in a series and made by folding and bending a single elastic wire material. The holder part includes a bottom holder part 10a for receiving a bottom end side of the reinforcement, a standing holder part 10b for receiving and holding a side of the reinforcement, and a top holder part 10c for engaging with a top end side of the reinforcement. The grip part includes a top grip part 9a that may come in contact with a top edge side of the horizontal rod, and a bottom grip part 9b engaged with a bottom edge side of the horizontal rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鉄筋の良好な装着性と確実な保持性能を両立することが可能な法枠用型枠の鉄筋固定用金具とこれを備えた法枠用型枠を提供する。【解決手段】十字状に交差させた縦棒５と横棒４を有するスペーサの縦棒及び横棒双方と交差させて配される鉄筋６を、スペーサに固定するための法枠用型枠の鉄筋固定用金具であって、弾性を有する単一の線材から、折りや曲げによって、縦棒を挿通するための環状挿通部８と、横棒を把持するためのグリップ部９と、鉄筋を保持するためのホルダ部１０とが一連に連続して設けられ、ホルダ部は、鉄筋の下端側を受け止めるホルダ下部１０ａと、鉄筋の側方側を受け止めて保持するホルダ立ち上げ部１０ｂと、鉄筋の上端側を係止するホルダ上部１０ｃとを備え、グリップ部は、横棒の上端側に当接可能なグリップ上部９ａと、横棒の下端側に係止されるグリップ下部９ｂとを備えた。【選択図】図２
