MOLD FRAME SUSPENDING FITTING
To provide a mold frame suspending fitting which can safely perform a suspension work of a mold frame while being comparatively lightweight, and is easily mounted to the mold frame.SOLUTION: A mold frame suspending fitting 1 mounted between a dam plate 30 and a lateral batten 32 and suspending a mold frame 3, includes: a plate-like part having the same width as that of a vertical batten 31 mounted on the dam plate 30; and a fixing part for fixing a mold frame binding fitting 2 in the width direction of the plate-like part, wherein a latching part on which a wire rope is mounted is formed in an upper part of the plate-like part. The mold frame 3 can be surely held by tightly fixing the mold frame binding fitting 2 with the fixing part, a load burden is distributed to other fittings through the lateral batten 32, and accordingly an excessive load is not applied to the mold frame 3 and a damage of the mold frame 3 is prevented, and a safe work can be performed without deviating a position of the wire rope 5 during suspension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】比較的軽量でありながら、安全に型枠の吊上げ作業を行うことができ、また、型枠への取り付けも容易である型枠吊上げ用金具を提供する。【解決手段】堰板３０と横端太材３２の間に取り付けられて、型枠３を吊上げるための型枠吊上げ用金具１であって、堰板３０に取り付けられた縦端太材３１と同じ幅を有する板状部と、板状部の幅方向に型枠緊結金具２を固定する固定部を備え、板状部の上部には、ワイヤーロープを取り付ける掛止部が形成されている。固定部で型枠緊結金具２にしっかりと固定することにより、型枠３を確実に保持でき、横端太材３２を介して、他の金具に荷重負担を分散されるため、型枠３に過度の負担がかかることが回避され、型枠３の損傷が防止され、また、吊上げ中にワイヤーロープ５の位置がずれることがなく、安全に作業を行うことができる。【選択図】図３
