REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR EXISTING STEEL PILE WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure and a reinforcement method for existing steel pile wall, in which members to be used are easily produced and establishment may be easily carried out.SOLUTION: There is provided a reinforcement structure for an existing steel pile wall comprising alternately successive recessed parts and projecting parts with a U shape steel pile or a hat shape steel pile, in which the H shape steel is arranged at a position contacting to the recessed parts on the existing steel pile wall or a position slightly away from it, a new steel pile wall of a straight steel pile is arranged slightly away from the projecting parts on the existing steel pile wall and the H shape steel, and a gap between the existing steel pile wall and the new steel pile wall is filled up with filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
