PILE CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile connection structure, which enables two piles to be easily connected due to a mechanical structure and enables man hour for works of civil engineering work to be reduced.SOLUTION: In a pile connection structure, pile ends 2, 2 of piles 1, 1 formed of steel pipes are connected by a short cylindrical joint 3. The pile connection structure has through holes 4, 4 perpendicular to a shaft center at the pile end 2. The joint 3 has a pair of insertion cylinder parts 6, 6, which are divided by an inner flange part 10 at an intermediate part in a shaft center direction. An open hole 5 and a screw hole 7 are formed on the insertion cylinder part 6 on the same shaft center as the through holes 4, 4 in a state where the pile end 2 is inserted in the insertion cylinder part 6. When connection between the joint 3 and the pile 1 is finished, a bolt 8 is inserted in the open hole 5 and the through holes 4, 4 and the screw hole 7; a male screw part 8A of the bolt 8 is screwed in the screw hole 7; a head 8B of the bolt 8 applies a pressure Pto an outer peripheral surface 1A of the pile 1; and the head 8B is inserted in the open hole 5 in a buried manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、2本の杭を機械的構造により容易に接続でき、土木工事に於ける作業の工数を削減できる杭の接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管から成る杭1,1の杭端部2,2を、短筒状の継手3にて、接続する杭の接続構造であって、杭端部2に軸心直交状の貫孔4,4を有し、継手3は、軸心方向中間部の内鍔部10をもって区画された一対の差込筒部6,6を有し、杭端部2が差込筒部6に差込まれた状態で貫孔4,4と同一軸心上に貫通孔5とねじ孔7が、差込筒部6に貫設され、継手3と杭1の接続完了状態に於て、貫通孔5と貫孔4,4とねじ孔7に、ボルト8が挿入されて、ボルト8の雄ねじ部8Aがねじ孔7に螺着され、さらに、ボルト8の頭部8Bが杭1の外周面1Aに押圧力P0を付与し、かつ、頭部8Bが貫通孔5に埋没状に装入されている。【選択図】図1
