PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a lower end of a rear pile 20 which is newly driven to an upper end of a pre pile 18 driven into the ground.SOLUTION: An L-shaped notch 24 is provided on a connection sleeve 22 fixed to an upper end of a pre pile 18. The L-shaped notch 24 is surrounded by a reinforcement band 34. A protrusion 36 is fixed to a lower end outer peripheral surface of a rear pile 20. A lower end of the rear pile 20 is fitted from the upper end of the connection sleeve 22 and is made to descend, and the protrusion 36 penetrates through a portion 28 parallel to a longitudinal direction of the pre pile 18 of the L-shaped notch 24. Then, the rear pile 20 is rotated in a rotation direction during an excavation operation by the pile or a direction opposite to the rotation direction, and thereby the protrusion 36 is moved to a portion 32 parallel to a circumferential direction of the pre pile 18 of the notch. Finally, a wedge 40 is driven and buried into a gap of the L-shaped notch 24. The connection sleeve 22 and the protrusion 36 are previously fixed to the piles, which makes a field work simple.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中に打ち込んだ先杭18の上端に新たに打ち込む後杭20の下端を接続する。【解決手段】先杭18の上端に固定した接続スリーブ22にL字状の切り欠き24を設ける。L字状の切り欠き24は補強バンド34で包囲する。後杭20の下端外周面に突起36が固定されている。後杭20の下端を記接続スリーブ22の上端から嵌め込んで下降させ、突起36をL字状の切り欠き24の先杭18の長手方向に平行な部分28に通す。その後、後杭20を杭による掘削動作時の回転方向もしくは反対方向に回転させて、突起36を切り欠きの先杭18の周方向に平行な部分32に移動させる。最後に、L字状の切り欠き24の空隙に楔40を打ち込んで埋める。接続スリーブ22も突起36も予め杭に固定しておけるから、現場作業が簡便になる。【選択図】図1
