PENETRATION TESTING MACHINE FOR DRILLING ROD CONNECTION, AND PILE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for saving labor for re-doing pile erection due to lack of load bearing capacity, by determining the load bearing capacity of the ground at a hole bottom immediately after forming a pile hole in the ground.SOLUTION: A hammer casing 2 is fitted inside an outer casing 1, the hammer casing being movable up and down. A penetration shaft 3 protruded at a bottom end of the hammer casing 2 is protruded downward and outward from bottom end-side openings 12a, 12b of the outer casing 1. Sealing means 4, 5A, 5B are provided for sealing the bottom end-side openings 12a, 12b from the outside. A connection part 9 is provided at a top end of the outer casing 1. The hammer casing 2 has a built-in drive hammer 22 and hoisting mechanism, the drive hammer falling freely and striking a knocking block at a bottom end, and the hoisting mechanism hoisting and then releasing downward the drive hammer 22 after having fallen. A load bearing capacity of the ground at a hole bottom is measured based on a number of times the drive hammer 22 needs to strike, for having the penetration shaft 3 penetrate to a prescribed depth into the ground at the hole bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地盤に杭孔を形成後、直ちに孔底地盤の支持力を判定し、支持強度不足による杭建て込み施工のやり直しの手間を省くことを可能にする手段を提供する。【解決手段】外側ケーシング1内にハンマーケーシング2が昇降自在に装填され、ハンマーケーシング2の下端に突設された貫入軸3が外側ケーシング1の下端側開口部12a,12bより下方外部へ突出され、下端側開口部12a,12bを外部に対して封止する封止手段4、5A,5Bを備え、外側ケーシング1の上端に連結部9を備える。ハンマーケーシング2は、下端のノッキングブロックを自由落下によって打撃するドライブハンマー22と、落下後のドライブハンマー22を吊り上げてから下放する吊上げ機構とを内蔵し、貫入軸3が孔底地盤に所定深さまで貫入するのに要するドライブハンマー22の打撃回数から孔底地盤の支持強度を測定するように構成されてなる。【選択図】図2
