PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lock control system preferable for reducing occurrence of inadvertent lock opening by misrecognition by an alternative lock opener.SOLUTION: An intercom 10 transmits first notice data NF including movie image data of a visitor as a response to push of a call button to a certification server 20, an intercom 10 as an alternative lock opening address and a portable communication terminal 30. The certification server 20 executes first face certification process based on the movie image data included in the received first notice data NF and transmits certification result information CR including the certification result to the intercom 10 of the alternative lock opening address and the portable communication terminal 30. The intercom 10 of the alternative lock opening address and the portable communication terminal 30 display movie image of the visitor based on the movie image data included in the received notice data NF and display information involved in the face certification result based on the face certification result included in the received certification result information CR.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】代替開錠者の誤認による誤開錠の発生を低減するのに好適な電気錠制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】インターホン10は、呼出ボタンの押下に応じて来訪者の動画像データを含む第1通知データNFを認証サーバ20と、代替開錠先のインターホン10及び携帯通信端末30に送信する。認証サーバ20は、受信した第1通知データNFに含まれる動画像データに基づき第1の顔認証処理を行いその認証結果を含む認証結果情報CRを代替開錠先のインターホン10及び携帯通信端末30に送信する。代替開錠先のインターホン10及び携帯通信端末30は、受信した通知データNFに含まれる動画像データに基づき来訪者の動画像を表示し、受信した認証結果情報CRに含まれる顔認証結果に基づき顔認証結果に基づく情報を表示する。【選択図】図9
