ELECTRIC LOCK SYSTEM AND LOCK CONTROL TERMINAL
To provide an electric lock system without a communication function which appropriately certifies that a portable terminal which has requested unlock has unlock authority.SOLUTION: An electric lock system 1 includes a lock control terminal for controlling the unlocking of an electric lock, and a portable terminal carried by a user of a facility where the electric lock is installed. The lock control terminal has an unlocking authentication means for authenticating that the portable terminal has an authority to unlock the electric lock using an electronic certificate and a transmission source terminal identification information received from the portable terminal, and an unlocking control means for controlling to unlock the electric lock when the portable terminal is authenticated by the means as having an authority to unlock the electric lock. When the lock identification information read out from the electronic certificate verified to be valid matches the lock identification information of the electric lock, the unlock authentication means confirms that the electronic certificate is the electronic certificate for the electric lock, and when the terminal identification information read out from the confirmed electronic certificate matches the sender terminal identification information, the unlock authentication means authenticates that the portable terminal has the unlock authority of the electric lock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
