PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form panel which can be easily assembled and dismantled, can be regenerated without disposing a sound part, can be used in multiple uses as a wall form, a column form and a slab form without being added with improvement, and is excellent in versatility.SOLUTION: A form panel comprises a panel main body 20 and a lattice frame 30 attached to a rear surface of the panel main body 20, and the lattice frame 30 and the panel main body 20 can be assembled to each other and released in the assembling via a plurality of sets of attachment/detachment means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
