PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency by enabling processes for fixing an anchor on a lower hole of a ceiling slab and fitting a hanging bolt to hang down to be performed serially.SOLUTION: An anchor installation method includes: a first step for fitting a break nut 60 to a hanging bolt 9; a second step for fitting a tip of the hanging bolt 9 to a long nut 50 of an anchor 1; a third step for inserting the other end of the hanging bolt 9 into an anchor installation tool 2 and engaging a second nut part 62 of the break nut 60 to an engaging part 71 of the anchor installation tool 2; a step 4 for inserting a fixing part 3 of the anchor 1 into a lower hole 7 of a ceiling slab; a fifth step for rotating the anchor installation 2 thereby connecting a first nut part 61 of the break nut 60 to the long nut 50 and fixing a fixing part 3 of the anchor 1 to the lower hole 7; a sixth step for continuing the rotation of the anchor installation tool 2 and breaking a breaking part 63; and a seventh step for pulling out the anchor installation tool 2 from the hanging bolt 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】天井スラブの下孔にアンカーを固定して吊りボルトを垂下状態に取り付ける作業を一連の作業として行えるようにして作業効率を向上させる。【解決手段】破断ナット６０を吊りボルト９に取り付ける第１工程と、アンカー１のロングナット５０に対し、吊りボルト９の先端を装着する第２工程と、吊りボルト９の他端をアンカー施工具２の内側に挿入し、破断ナット６０の第２ナット部６２をアンカー施工具２の係合部７１に係合させる第３工程と、天井スラブの下孔７にアンカー１の固定部３を挿入する第４工程と、アンカー施工具２を回転させることにより、破断ナット６０の第１ナット部６１をロングナット５０に接合させると共に、アンカー１の固定部３を下孔７に固定する第５工程と、アンカー施工具２の回転を継続させて破断部６３を破断させる第６工程と、アンカー施工具２を吊りボルト９から引き抜く第７工程と、を有する。【選択図】図４
