ANCHOR TOOL AND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF THE SAME
To provide an anchor tool capable of reliably preventing water leakage to the substrate when constructing the anchor tool in an installation part having a waterproof layer on the surface at post-construction, and an installation structure of the same.SOLUTION: An anchor tool 10 comprises a fixing member 11 which includes a screw part 12 on an upper end side and an anchor part 13 on a lower end side, and a first seal member 14 which includes a first sleeve part 15 which covers the peripheral surface of the fixing member 11 in a water tight manner and a sheet-shaped first flange part 16. At an installation part R, a prepared hole 4 is drilled in a portion 3 where a part of a waterproof layer 2 is removed to expose the substrate 1, and the anchor part 13 is buried into the portion to fix the fixing member 11 in a rising state, and the first flange part 16 is adhered to the surface of the waterproof layer 2 in a water tight manner. The structure may be fixed by using the screw part 12 on the upper end side. There is no risk of water intruding into the substrate 1, and the structure is constructed such that load of the structure does not directly act on the waterproof layer, and thus, even when displacement of the anchor tool 10 is caused, peeling force or shearing force hardly acts on the waterproof layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】表面に防水層を有する設置部位にあと施工でアンカー具を施工するに当たり、下地への漏水を確実に防止できるアンカー具及びその設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】アンカー具10は、上端側にねじ部12を有し下端側にアンカー部13を有する固定部材11と、固定部材11の周面を水密的に覆う第1のスリーブ部15とシート状の第1のフランジ部16を有する第1のシール部材14とを備える。設置部位Rにおいて防水層2の一部を除去して下地1を露出させた箇所3に下穴4を穿設し、ここにアンカー部13を埋設して固定部材11を起立状態に固定すると共に、第1のフランジ部16を防水層2の表面に水密的に接着する。上端側のねじ部12を利用して構造物を固定できる。下地1に水が浸入するおそれがなく、又、構造物の荷重が防水層に直接作用しない構造であるため、アンカー具10に変位が生じても防水層2に剥離力や剪断力が作用しにくくなる。【選択図】 図3
