CUTTING DEVICE AND FLOOR SLAB CUTTING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device and a floor slab cutting method capable of reducing a load imposed to a drive unit and work time, and capable of accurately carrying out the work.SOLUTION: A cutting device 1 includes: a drive unit 2; a pair of moving parts 3, 3 arranged movably along a steel girder G; and a wire saw 4 which is laid around between the drive unit 2 and the pair of moving parts 3, 3. The pair of moving parts 3, 3 are arranged opposite to each other being interposed by the steel girder G. The wire saw 4 is disposed between the moving parts 3, 3 crossing a girder shaft of the steel girder G in a boundary between the steel girder G and the floor slab S. The wire saw 4 is towed by the drive unit 2 together with the pair of moving parts 3, 3 while rotating being driven by the drive unit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】駆動装置への負担を減らし、かつ、施工期間の短縮を可能とし、なおかつ、高精度に施工を行うことを可能とした切断装置および床版切断方法を提案する。【解決手段】駆動部2と、鋼桁Gに沿って移動可能に設けられた一対の移動部3,3と、駆動部2と一対の移動部3,3との間に掛け回されたワイヤーソー4とを備える切断装置1であって、一対の移動部3,3は、鋼桁Gを挟んで対向するように設けられており、ワイヤーソー4は、鋼桁Gと床版Sとの境界において鋼桁Gの桁軸と交差するように移動部3同士の間に配設されていて、駆動部2の動力により回転しつつ一対の移動部3,3とともに駆動部2に牽引される。【選択図】図1
