FLOOR SLAB CUTTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab cutting device capable of performing demolition and removal work for a concrete floor slab.SOLUTION: A floor slab cutting device 20, which is installed on a location to be demolished in a block fashion on a concrete floor slab 3 installed on a bridge girder 2 to constitute a road surface of a bridge 1, has a wire saw 23 extending in the direction along a joint boundary surface of the bridge girder 2 and the concrete floor slab 3 and in the width and depth directions of the concrete floor slab 3, and a plurality of pulleys for guiding and driving the wire saw 23 in the running direction along the extending path thereof. The wire saw 23 cuts the concrete floor slab 3 in the direction along the joint boundary face of the bridge girder 2 and the concrete floor slab 3 and in the width and depth directions of the concrete floor slab 3 to demolish it in a block shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】コンクリート床版の解体・撤去作業を効率よく行うことが可能な床版切断装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】橋桁２上に敷設されて橋梁１の路面を構成するコンクリート床版３のうちブロック状に解体される部位の上に設置される床版切断装置２０が、橋桁２とコンクリート床版３との接合境界面に沿う方向と、コンクリート床版３の幅方向および厚み方向に延設されるワイヤーソー２３と、ワイヤーソー２３をその延設経路に沿った走行方向に案内するとともに走行駆動させるための複数のプーリと、を有しており、ワイヤーソー２３によって、コンクリート床版３を、橋桁２とコンクリート床版３との接合境界面に沿う方向と、コンクリート床版３の幅方向および厚み方向に切断してブロック状に解体する。【選択図】図６
