FLOOR SLAB CUTTING APPARATUS AND FLOOR SLAB CUTTING METHOD
To make a floor slab cutting apparatus compact to be securely installed below a concrete floor slab and secure a sufficient cutting length to facilitate horizontal cutting of a joint interface surface between a bridge girder and the concrete floor slab.SOLUTION: A floor slab cutting apparatus CD includes a wire saw 5, a pair of wire drive sections 6, a pair of guide rails 7, and a pair of guide shafts 8. Each of the pair of wire drive sections 6 includes a drive pulley 6a that is disposed at a height position substantially the same as a joint interface surface J and horizontally rotates. A length of the wire saw 5 is set to be longer than a length of the wire saw 5 when wound in an oval ring shape between the rive pulleys 6a of the pair of wire drive sections 6 without bending. In the wire saw 5, an upstream side portion 5a located on an upstream side and a downstream side portion 5b located on a downstream side in a cutting work direction Y are disposed on the upstream side in the cutting work direction with respect to the pair of wire drive sections 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床版切断装置をコンパクト化してコンクリート床版の下方に確実に設置できるとともに、十分な切断長を確保し、橋桁とコンクリート床版との接合境界面を水平切断しやすくする。【解決手段】床版切断装置CDが、ワイヤーソー5と、一対のワイヤー駆動部6と、一対のガイドレール7と、一対のガイドシャフト8と、を備えており、一対のワイヤー駆動部6は、接合境界面Jと略等しい高さ位置に配置されて水平回転する駆動プーリ6aをそれぞれ有しており、ワイヤーソー5の長さは、一対のワイヤー駆動部6における駆動プーリ6a間に撓みなく長円環状に巻き回された場合のワイヤーソー5の長さよりも長尺に設定され、ワイヤーソー5のうち、切断作業方向Yの上流側に位置する上流側部位5aと下流側に位置する下流側部位5bは、一対のワイヤー駆動部6よりも切断作業方向Yの上流側に配置される。【選択図】図3
