PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space plan proposal system capable of proposing a space plan matching with user's preference even without requiring a professional adviser.SOLUTION: A space plan proposal system 1 includes: an acquisition unit 11 for acquiring attribute information indicating at least one of the demographic data, life habit, and sense of worth of a user 2; a preference estimation unit 21 for estimating the preference characteristic of the user 2 on the basis of the attribute information acquired by the acquisition unit 11; a space plan estimation unit 22 for estimating the space plan indicating the physical property of a preference space that is preferred by the user 2, on the basis of the preference characteristic estimated by the preference estimation unit 21; and a presentation unit 12 for presenting, to the user 2, the space plan estimated by the space plan estimation unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
