To provide a floor plan proposal system capable of proposing a floor plan of a house responding to a respondent's request out of multiple floor plans.SOLUTION: A floor plan proposal system (1) includes: an acquisition unit (112) that provides questions and obtains answers to each question from a respondent; an operation unit (113) that calculates an emphasis score which represents the degree of importance of conditions to which the respondent emphasizes from the answers obtained by the acquisition unit by using emphasis data that associates multiple questions, answers, identification information of the conditions that a user wants in life with the degree of importance; and a selection unit (114) that selects a floor plan that meets the requirements of the respondent from multiple floor plans of the house as a proposed target to the respondent by using the floor plan identification information that identifies the floor plan of a house, the condition identification information, satisfaction degree included in satisfaction degree data associating multiple satisfaction degrees as a value indicating the degree to which the house of the floor plan identified by each floor plan identification information satisfies the conditions, and the result obtained by the operation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】複数の間取りから回答者の要望に応じた住宅の間取りを提案する。【解決手段】間取り提案装置（１）は、設問を提供し、回答者から各設問に対する回答を取得する取得部（１１２）と、設問、回答、ユーザが暮らしに求める条件の識別情報、設問に対して回答を選択したユーザが当該条件を重視する程度の指標である重視度を複数関連付ける重視度データを用いて、各条件について、取得部が取得した回答から回答者が条件を重視する程度である重視度得点を求める演算部（１１３）と、住宅の間取りを識別する間取り識別情報、条件の識別情報、各間取り識別情報で識別される間取りの住宅が、当該条件を充足する程度を示す値である充足度を複数関連付ける充足度データに含まれる充足度と、演算部で求められた結果とを用いて、複数の住宅の間取りから回答者の要求を満たす度合いの高い間取りを回答者への提案対象として選択する選択部（１１４）とを含む。【選択図】図２
