To provide a house plan proposal system capable of proposing a house to adequately meet customer needs while reducing costs.SOLUTION: A unit arrangement plan of a house is predetermined in a house plan proposal device 10. A plurality of first floor layout plans corresponding to the unit arrangement plan for each unit arrangement plan are stored in a first floor layout plan data base 27. A plurality of second floor layout plans corresponding to the unit arrangement plan for each unit arrangement plan are stored in a second floor layout plan data base 28. A layout plan creating part 32 creates a layout plan of the house by combining either of the plurality of first floor layout plans corresponding to the unit arrangement plan stored in the first floor layout plan data base 27 and either of the plurality of first floor layout plans corresponding to the unit arrangement plan stored in the second floor layout plan data base 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
