STRUCTURE FOR FIXING FLOOR MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a floor material without letting a metal fitting for fixing the floor material to a beam material protrude above a top surface of the floor material.SOLUTION: A structure for fixing a floor material has a floor material 1 fixed on a beam material 2 with a fixing metal fitting 3, the floor material having ribs 12a, 12b with insertion holes 13a, 13b protruded on a rear side of a footboard 10, from an edge of a long hole 11 of the footboard 10. The fixing metal fitting 3 includes an upper metal fitting 30, a lower metal fitting 40, and a bolt 50 for connecting the upper and lower metal fittings, and is formed in a dimension that may be inserted from the long hole 11. The upper metal fitting 30 has an insertion plate 31, while the lower metal fitting 40 has a top side part 41 and a bottom side part 42 that are formed in a U-shape when seen from sideways, and screw holes 43a, 43b are formed on the top side part 42. By rotating the fixing metal fitting 3 disposed on the rear side of the footboard 10, both ends of the insertion plate 31 of the upper metal fitting 30 are inserted into the insertion holes 13a, 13b, and the beam material 2 is held between the top side part 41 and the bottom side part 42 of the lower metal fitting 40. 【課題】床材を梁材に固定する金具を床材の上面に突出させない固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】踏み板10の長孔11の縁から踏み板10の裏側に差込孔13a、13bを有するリブ12a、12bが突出する床材1が固定金具3によって梁材2に固定された床材の固定構造であって、前記固定金具3は、上金具30と下金具40とこれらをを連結するボルト50とを備え、長孔11から差し入れ可能な寸法に形成されている。前記上金具30は差込板31を有し、前記下金具40は上辺部41と下辺部42とが側面視コの字形に形成され上辺部42にねじ孔43a、43bを有している。踏み板10の裏側に配置された固定金具3を回転させることにより、上金具30の差込板31の両端が差込孔13a、13bに挿入されるとともに、下金具40の上辺部41と下辺部42との間に梁材2が挟まれ、ボルト50の締め込みによって床材1が梁材2に固定されている。【選択図】図3
