TRAY TRAVERSE DEVICE FOR FORK PARKING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of roller driving devices driving a traverse roller transversely moving a fork-shaped tray in a fork parking system.SOLUTION: A fork parking system comprises: a hoist way where a fork-shaped lift 3 loaded with a vehicle is lifted up/down; a storage shelf 5 adjacent to the hoist way in a lateral direction; and a fork-shaped tray 7 provided on the storage shelf 5 and transversely moved between the storage shelf 5 and the hoist way. A tray traverse device 10 of the fork parking system comprises: a plurality of traverse rollers 11a to 11d; a roller driving device 13; and a power transmission mechanism 15. The plurality of traverse rollers 11a to 11d is individually provided at a plurality of positions in a lateral direction in individual both end portions in a longitudinal direction of the storage shelf 5. The roller driving device 13 is provided at one side out of both the end portions in the longitudinal direction of the storage shelf 5, and rotates and drives the traverse roller 11a and 11b of one side. The power transmission mechanism 15 transmits driving force of the roller driving device 13 to the traverse rollers 11a and 11b of the other side out of both the end portions in the longitudinal direction of the storage shelf 5, and rotates the traverse rollers 11a and 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】フォーク式駐車装置において、フォーク形トレイを横行させる横行ローラを駆動するローラ駆動装置の数を減らす。【解決手段】フォーク式駐車装置は、自動車が積載されるフォーク形リフト3が昇降する昇降路と、昇降路に横方向に隣接する格納棚5と、格納棚5に設けられ格納棚5と昇降路との間で横行されるフォーク形トレイ7とを備える。フォーク式駐車装置のトレイ横行装置10は、複数の横行ローラ11a〜11dとローラ駆動装置13と動力伝達機構15を備える。横行ローラ11a〜11dは、格納棚5の縦方向両端部の各々において横方向の複数位置にそれぞれ設けられている。ローラ駆動装置13は、格納棚5の縦方向両端部のうち一方の側に設けられ、一方の側の横行ローラ11a,11bを回転駆動する。動力伝達機構15は、ローラ駆駆動装置13の駆動力を、格納棚5の縦方向両端部のうち他方の側の横行ローラ11a,11bへ伝達して、これら横行ローラ11a,11bを回転させる。【選択図】図2
