PLANAR HEATER AND PLANAR HEATING BODY INCLUDING PLANAR HEATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a planar heater which can be assembled easily as a planar heating body, and heat generation distribution of which is uniform in the surface direction.SOLUTION: A planar heater 30 includes a planar heating part where one linear PTC heater is folded at 180 degrees alternately by required number of times, and a large number of linear PTC heaters are arranged planarly substantially in parallel with each other in a region 32 excepting the folded part 31, a resin spray layer 33 formed in the region 32 of the planar heating part where the linear PTC heaters are arranged substantially in parallel with each other, and a coating layer 34 by a heat-seal film formed to wrap around the resin spray layer 33. Since the resin spray layer 33 and coating layer 34 exist, break-down or irregular movement of the linear PTC heaters is suppressed, and uniform heat generation distribution is maintained. Furthermore, assembly of the planar heater 30 to the box casing constituting the planar heating body is facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】面状加熱体としての組み付けが容易であり、かつ面方向での発熱分布が均一な面状ヒーターを得る。【解決手段】面状ヒーター30は、1本の線状PTCヒーターが交互に所要回数だけ180度で折り曲げられ、当該折り曲げ部31を除いた領域32では多数条の線状PTCヒーターが互いにほぼ平行に面状に配列している面状加熱部と、該面状加熱部における線状PTCヒーターが互いにほぼ平行に配列している領域32に形成された樹脂の吹き付け層33と、該樹脂吹き付け層33を包み込むようにして形成された熱融着フィルムによる被覆層34とを備える。樹脂の吹き付け層33と被覆層34が存在することで線状PTCヒーターがばらけたり不規則に移動することが抑制され、均一な発熱分布が維持される。また、面状加熱体を構成する箱型ケーシングへの面状ヒーター30の組み付けも容易となる。【選択図】図3
