To provide a planar heater unit capable of improving a workability in fixing a planar heater unit.SOLUTION: A planar heater unit 10 comprises: a planar heater 20 having a heating portion inside; and a fixing unit 50 fixing the planar heater 20 to a plurality of posts 41. The fixing unit 50 includes: a first fixing mechanism 60 extending in an arrow A direction and fixed to the post 41; and a second fixing mechanism 70 which is connected with the first fixing mechanism 60 and to which the planar heater 20 is fixed. The first fixing mechanism 60 is constituted so that its fixing position to the post 41 can be adjusted in the arrow A direction. The second fixing mechanism 70 is constituted so that a fixing position of the planar heater 20 can be adjusted in an arrow B direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
