PLANAR HEATER AND PLANAR HEATING BODY INCLUDING PLANAR HEATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a planar heater which facilitates assembly as a planar heating body, and has uniform heat generation distribution in the surface direction.SOLUTION: A planar heater 30 consists of a frame member 31 having an appropriate number of locking pins 36 planted on two opposite sides 32, 34 at regular intervals, and a linear PTC heater 20 bridged in the plane direction in continuous state so as to pass between adjoining locking pins 36, 36 of each side between the two opposite sides in the frame member 31 where the locking pins 36 are planted. Since the locking pins 36 exist, break-down and irregular movement of the bridged linear PTC heater 20 are suppressed, and uniform heat generation distribution is maintained. Furthermore, assembly of the planar heater 30 to a box casing constituting a planar heating body is facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】面状加熱体としての組み付けが容易であり、かつ面方向での発熱分布が均一な面状ヒーターを得る。【解決手段】面状ヒーター30は、対向する2辺32、34に適数本の係止用ピン36が等間隔で植設されている枠部材31と、枠部材31における係止用ピン36が植設されている対向する2辺の間に各辺での隣接する係止用ピン36、36の間を通るようにして連続した状態で面方向に架け渡された線状PTCヒーター20とからなる。係止用ピン36が存在することで架け渡された線状PTCヒーター20がばらけたり不規則に移動することが抑制され、均一な発熱分布が維持される。また、面状加熱体を構成する箱型ケーシングへの面状ヒーター30の組み付けも容易となる。【選択図】図3
