PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block a relay attack, and to leave traces of the relay attack.SOLUTION: A portable unit 20 comprises a mode changeover switch 24b for switching a permission mode to a prohibition mode, and an on-vehicle control device 10 comprises an illegality recording part 1a for, when a response request signal is transmitted from the on-vehicle control device 10 in the prohibition mode, recording this as an illegality history. When the response request signal transmitted from the on-vehicle control device 10 is received by the portable unit 20 in the permission mode, the portable unit 20 transmits a response signal, and when receiving the response signal, the on-vehicle control device 10 controls a door lock device 7 on the basis of the response signal such that the door of a vehicle 30 is locked/unlocked. When the response request signal transmitted from the on-vehicle control device 10 is received by the portable unit 20 in the prohibition mode, the portable unit 20 transmits an illegality notification signal, and when receiving the illegality notification signal, the on-vehicle control device 10 does not control the door lock device 7 such that the door of the vehicle 30 is not locked/unlocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
