LOCKING DEVIATION MONITOR DEVICE AND LOCKING DEVIATION MONITOR SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking deviation monitor device and a locking deviation monitor system capable of singly monitoring locking deviation just after the end of conversion by being independent of a switch machine monitor and eliminating the need of information from an interlock device, and monitoring an external environment condition of a switch machine by monitoring the external environment condition while automatically detecting a conversion operation of the switch machine.SOLUTION: A locking deviation monitor device 1 for receiving a conversion operation command of a switch machine from an interlock device to detect a clock deviation includes a temperature sensor 4 for determining a conversion operation of a switch machine from a change in the output voltage of an N side sensor and an R side sensor, which occurs due to the conversion operation to detect a locking deviation, detecting a locking deviation just after the end of conversion of the switch machine, and measuring the temperature of an inside or a vibration sensor 5 for measuring vibrations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】転てつ機モニタから独立し、連動装置からの情報を不要として単体で転換終了直後のロック偏移をモニタでき、転てつ機の転換動作を自動的に検知しつつ、転てつ機の外部環境条件も同時に計測してモニタ可能なロック偏移モニタ装置及びロック偏移モニタシステムを提供する。【解決手段】転てつ機の転換動作指令を連動装置から受信してロック偏移を検出するロック偏移モニタ装置1において、転換動作に伴い発生するN側センサ及びR側センサの出力電圧の変化から転てつ機の転換動作を判定してロック偏移を検出し、転てつ機の転換動作の終了直後にロック偏移を検出し、内部の温度を計測する温度センサ4又は振動を計測する振動センサ5を備える。【選択図】図1
