METHOD FOR DISMANTLING COKE OVEN
To provide the method for dismantling the coke oven, that allows a metallic material structure 1 on a guide side 10 to be mixed with a demolished brick 3 without using a huge construction machine, and that can efficiently dismantle the metallic material structure on the guide side 10 without damaging a hearth deck 4 or electrical equipment and without causing an instantaneous power failure by suppressing impact.SOLUTION: The method for dismantling the coke oven for dismantling a metallic material structure 1 on a guide side 10 of the coke oven comprises: installing a dismantling construction machine 2 in a place where there is no wharf on the guide side 10, and pulling down the metallic material structure 1 on the guide side 10 from the guide side 10 to the guide side 10 by the dismantling construction machine 2 to dismantle while maintaining the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】巨大な建機を用いず、ガイド側１０の金物構造物を解体煉瓦３と混在させたり、衝撃を抑えて炉床盤４や電気機器を損傷、瞬間停電させずに、ガイド側１０の金物構造物１を効率的に解体するコークス炉の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】コークス炉のガイド側１０の金物構造物１を解体するコークス炉の解体方法であって、ガイド側１０にワーフがない場所に解体用建機２を設置し、解体用建機２によって、ガイド側１０から、ガイド側１０の金物構造物１を、その構造を維持したまま、ガイド側１０へ引き倒して解体することを特徴とするコークス炉の解体方法。【選択図】図３
